Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Fire Mountain packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your box over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
